• You can construct up-to ground plus one floor with the maximum height of twenty-nine feet.
• The boundary wall of your plot should not be of more than thirty inches in height and should be made out of hedge plants or red stone.

• While you want your needs, necessities and luxuries, we want Balaji Ki Dhani to be a beautiful dwelling inter mingled with Rajasthan and the surroundings.
• We do not want Balaji Ki Dhani to be a concrete jungle, which will defy your being one with God and nature.
• We do not want any structure to be taller or higher than the Holy Temple of Salasar Balaji.
